XLD Group invested in Shanghai Yu Garden (“Central Garden on Lotus (Lian) Lake”) in 2005, located 5.6 miles away from the bell tower of the ancient city of Xi’an. The project covers an area of 22.4 acres with a total construction area of 2,798,614 square feet, of which 2,368,058 square feet are for residential use, a ratio of 2.5. The total investment is 580 million yuan.
